I had a wonderful stay at this family hotel, where the staff was incredibly engaged and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from, and the dinner was equally impressive with a great selection. The hotel's shuttle service to the ski lift was very convenient, allowing for easy access to the slopes. While I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and good price/quality balance, there are areas for improvement, particularly in the modernization of the rooms and bathrooms.
